Today we repaird the back end of an aluminum boat trailer. The trailer had suffured from electrolosis and cracked along the bottom of the aluminum I-Beam. We cut out all of the old aluminum and welded it back with welding rods. Then we added a 1/4″ thick patch to keep the trailer better held together.
