Our aluminum “bonefish” barracuda’s head and tail are fabricated with 1/16 aluminum sheet metal. The back bone is fabricated with 3/4″ and 1″ aluminum pipe. The bones are 3/8″ rod that is sanded down to points. The aluminum barracudas measure approximately 44″.
