All of our marine products are fabricated for each buyer, because we understand that each buyers needs and wants are different.
All of our marine products are fabricated with schedule 40 anodized aluminum for a protective shine. When mounting our products we secure them with stainless steel hardware to prevent rust and use backing plates and fender washers whenever possible.
Our primary custom marine products are T Tops, Leaning Posts, Poling Platforms, Fuel/Gas/Water Tanks, Bow Rails, Ski Tows, and Wake boarding Towers. We are not limited to these products. Our T Tops our made out of super polished aluminum rather than brushed aluminum. They are fabricated on your boat, because they are for your boat. What we mean by this is that we build each T Top to flow with the lines of your console. This is crucial to keeping your boat looking great. With a High Speed Welding T Top, we can make your boat look like it’s moving even when it is sitting still. |

Our custom aluminum leaning posts are made with anodized aluminum for a protective shine. They are designed to fit any center-console boat. Every joint is fully welded for maximum strength and appearance. They come with stainless steel screws for mounting and stainless steel eyelets at the bottom of the back legs which can be used to bungee a cooler underneath. |

High speed welding fuel tanks and water tanks are custom built to fit each buyers needs. Our fuel tanks and water tanks are made with aluminum with thicknesses ranging from 1/8″ to 1/4″ depending on the size tank being fabricated. After each tank is welded they are pressure tested to ensure that there aren’t any leaks. Our tanks come with a fill, vent, pickup, sending unit, and ground tab. Since each tank is unique, a personalized quote will be needed. |

High Speed Welding grab rails and handrails, and bow rails are custom designed for each buyer. Grab bars can be fabricated with some simple measurements or drawings. High Speed Welding boat ski tows are custom made to order. Standard ski tows start at $500. A popular option to add are fishing rod holders. Rod holders cost either $40 or $50 depending on the style. Our aluminum ski tows are installed with stainless steel hardware. Backing plates are used whenever possible to better help secure the ski tow. Our custom wake boarding towers are built with 1.5″ anodized aluminum pipe for a protective shine. The 1.5″ pipe also gives our wake boarding towers strength and durability. Our basic wake boarding towers start at $950 and come with a swiveling ski tow. Board mounts, lights, speakers, breakdown assemblies, and canvas shades can be added.

All of High Speed Welding’s hard tops are custom fabricated and welded in Wilmington, NC. A custom aluminum hard top is the boat accessory needed help you stand out while on the water. Our hard top’s framework range from 1.25″ pipe to 2″ pipe (larger boats use larger pipe). We can arrange everything for your hard top from the fiberglass top to the rigging of lights and antennas. Hard Top prices vary depending on boat size and desired options.
