Today High Speed Welding finished a Custom Truck Rack for a Ford Ranger Pickup. The customer bought our “half rack” and added runners from front to back and a over-cab extension. The rack is built with 1.25″ anodized aluminum pipe. You can find more information on our half ladder racks here.
Today High Speed Welding finished a Custom Luggage Rack For A 2″ Receiver. The customer plans to use a motorized pier cart for fishing. When the weight from the cooler is added it’s difficult to lift alone. We incorporated a custom folding ramp to the side so the card can be driven on. Today High Speed Welding finished a custom wake boarding tower for an Ebbtide Mystique 2400. The customer wanted the top to be able to fold back and have a wake board rack bolted to the side. More photos of our custom wake boarding towers can be viewed on our marine fabrication website.
Today High Speed Welding finished an Aluminum Truck Ladder Rack. All of our custom ladder racks are fabricated with anodized aluminum pipe and have fully welded joints. This ladder rack was fabricated for a 2012 Ford F-150. The truck has an extended cab and a 6.5′ bed. The customer requested we build the rack with 15 degree legs and the rounded end. Today High Speed Welding completed a Custom Aluminum Gas Tank for a boat. The customer brought in his old tank and we were able to duplicate the dimensions and fitting layouts.
