Today High Speed Welding finished an Aluminum Poling Platform For A Carolina Skiff. The material used was 1.25″ anodized aluminum pipe. The customer plans to build a custom fiberglass top. More information about our Custom Poling Platforms can be found at our marine fabrication website.
Today High Speed Welding finished a Custom Boat T Top for a 23′ Parker. The customer requested front and rear spreader lights. This Custom Boat Top was fabricated with a Ski Tow on the back for pulling tubes and wake boards. The T Top’s legs were built with 2″ aluminum pipe to offer a strong design. Today High Speed Welding finished a Truck Ladder Rack for a Chevy Pickup. The rack was packaged and shipped to Wisconsin. The customer purchased a ladder rack with extended front pads so his toolbox would sit evenly. He also purchased rack strap brackets and tie-down cleats. Today High Speed Welding received some photos of a Custom Poling Platform we built for Xcelerator Boatworks. They came to us with a desired design and and we were able to build the poling platform to fit their needs. The motor has full range of motion even when the jack plate is all the way up. Today High Speed Welding finished an aluminum gas tank for a boat. The new tank is a replacement for a center console boat. The customer brought us his old tank as a point of reference for the new one. The tank is roughly 40 gallons and is fabricated with .125″ aluminum plate. All of our gas tanks come with a pickup, vent, fill, sending unit, and ground tab. All tanks are pressure tested to ensure that they are leak free.
