Today High Speed Welding welded and aluminum patch on an outboard motor blowout. The side of the motor had a hole from exhaust pressure that blew a hole in the side. We took a piece of 1/8″ aluminum plate and welded it to the side to cover the hole. You can see more repairs by visiting our blog.

Today we repaird the back end of an aluminum boat trailer. The trailer had suffured from electrolosis and cracked along the bottom of the aluminum I-Beam. We cut out all of the old aluminum and welded it back with welding rods. Then we added a 1/4″ thick patch to keep the trailer better held together.
